Reservations must be made by filling out the online Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgement of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once the form is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: <a href=\"registration@dual-disorders.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">registration@dual-disorders.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.<\/li>\n<li>All payments must be made in Euros. The available payment methods are:\n<ul>\n<li>Online credit card or Bizum payment: if you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Any outstanding balance must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1782220177650{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h5><strong>Cancellations or Changes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: registration@dual-disorders.com<\/li>\n<li>It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before February 14, 2027, with a \u20ac50 administration fee.
