AM Conferences will not accept reservations by telephone. Reservations must be made by filling out the online Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgement of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once the form is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: registration@dual-disorders.com.
Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.
All payments must be made in Euros. The available payment methods are:
- Online credit card or Bizum payment: if you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.
Any outstanding balance must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation.

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: registration@dual-disorders.com
It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before February 14, 2027, with a €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.
Cancellations received up to December 31, 2027 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations received after January 1, 2027 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
No partial or full refunds will be made in the case of conference cancellations due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.
